Downstream the canyoning part (the one explored in 2007) Colognati continues flowing through a "canyon", a tight valley with some short narrows, featuring beautiful environment, a few little downclimbable or plungeable cascades and numerous pools of emerald water to be passed by swimming.

The lower part of this canyon is usually traveled by hikers, who go bottom-up bypassing cascades and pools or, in the hot summer days, by
swimming.
