The "Scendelle" are the waterfalls with which this torrent drops into Rio di Concerviano. In rainy periods the water jets are clearly visible from the opposite side of the valley.

I remember ...

In the months between october and january is allowed to hunt wild boars, and going through woods, valleys and bushes is a bit dangerous because you could be mistaken for a wild boar (especially me). We met hunters where we parked to begin the descent. They thought we were hunters too, but as they saw ropes and strange backpacks they asked us for where we were going. We explained who we are, then after the astonishment and some advice (you should look at that valley too, there could be another canyon there, ...) they told us to write a message and put it in our car so that people could read. Write WE ARE NOT HUNTERS, so jelous hunters would not be tempted to damage your car ...
