Downstream of Roccamandolfi bridge the Càllora has its most narrow and dangerous parts. Spectacular sceneries follow one another interspersed with steps to deal carefully.

What you find in the detailed description
I remember ...
In all these years lower Càllora has been descended no more than 3-4 times. This must be due to the explorers' report, describing it as polluted by wastewater and trash.
Over the years, however, the construction of the Roccamandolfi purifier and the change in population's habits have allowed the canyon to become again substantially clean.
