From these hills the local communities drew sustenance, and therefore there was no arable space that was not cultivated
and grazing area that did not see cattle herds.
Today it's the same at first glance, the fields are still cultivated and the cattle still graze on the hills, but if you look
closely you realize that the forest has reclaimed the most inconvenient and least productive lands.
Everything is immersed in silence, unless you are there on the days when tractors are plowing the fields or harvesting the wheat,
and looking around you see no one, as if those cultivating lands and raising herds were the ghosts of the farmers of 50 years
ago and not real people.
